ODBC Test connect fails with error 778
Error 778: Error reading <socket> ret=<n>, errno 0 (778)
SYSTEM ERROR: Open Interface Driver protocol error during <function-name>. (2577)
DataDirect ODBC Driver
CAUSE:
OIBroker had not been shut down but the database was no longer running.
When the test connect was initiated, the OIBroker/OIDriver wasn't able to connect to the database.
FIX:
Restart database.
