You have not supplied a parameter for argument -U. (1403).
The above error will occur when starting up the progress NLM server
with -AUTOEXIT in upper case letters. The correct syntax is to have
-autoexit in lowercase letters.
load sys:/_mprotli db -S service -N tli -autoexit
