CHANGE:
r-code was produced by an incompatible version of Progress.
CAUSE:
In processing a RUN statement, PROGRESS located the named r-code
file. However, this r-code file cannot be loaded for execution,
because it was produced by an incompatible version of PROGRESS.
FIX:
The procedure must be recompiled by the version of PROGRESS that is going
to run it.
