DGUX does not support LARGE_FILES modes for file creation and manipulation.

Bug# 20010522-030
CAUSE:
Code that checks certain functions that deal with LARGE_FILE modes was introduced to backup and restore code, but was missed in binary dump/load code.
FIX:
Make a good and reliable backup.
Apply patch 9.1B16 for UNIX V.4.
