The Dr. Watson log file indicates a fault in function msgsub and has the following stack trace:

CHANGE:
Upgraded from 8.3B to 9.1D
CAUSE:
The PROMSGS environment variable is still pointing to the Progress 8.3B installation.
FIX:
Point the PROMSGS environment to the correct Progress 9.1D installation.
