OCX problem with Progress and Actuate.
Get GPF when choosing a report file (.roi extension) using the Actuate OCX.
GPF: Error in Prowin32.exe
Error Prowin32.exe Has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.

Upgrade to latest 9.1C patch or to 9.1D
