Web Server is Microsoft's IIS 4.0
Sees degradation in message handling
ServletExec 4.1.1 takes 10 minutes to complete sending the information to the appserver to execute. Previous version took 60 seconds.
CHANGE:
Moved to ServletExec 4.1.1 from 3.1 version
CAUSE:
Insufficient information
FIX:
ServletExec is not a Progress Product; we cannot fine tune it. Open a call with the ServletExec vendor.
