Installing Progress 8.3A on Windows XP.
Driver not found errors.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows XP
Progress 8.3A
CAUSE:
Progress 8.3A is not supported on Windows XP.
FIX:
Upgrade to the latest Progress version, Progress 8.3E or Progress 9.1D, which is supported on Windows XP. Also, note that Windows XP is not for server installations, only client and development.
