SYMPTOM(s):
Can't start workshop they just get "Page not found" in the Internet browser
Iplanet Web server using CGI
Using <URL>/cgi-bin/wspd_cgi.sh downloads the wspd_cgi.sh file.
DLC, PROMSGS, PROCFG, WRKDIR environment variables are set correctly.
/cgi-bin/ directory and wspd_cgi.sh files have execution permission.
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebSpeed 3.1x
CAUSE:
The /cgi-bin/ directory has been set as the documents directory inside of the WebServer.
FIX:
Set correctly the /cgi-bin/ directory as the scripts directory.
