BROKER: PROOIDRV variable does not contain Open Access Driver module. (2660)
Error establishing Open Interface Driver connection. (2575)
Prooibk failed to start.
Unable to reboot server at this time.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows 2000
Progress 8.3B
CAUSE:
Port used to start the OIBroker is already in use.
FIX:
Although 8.3B is not certified on Windows 2000 the following steps resolved this issue:
1. Enter an available service name/port in both the client and server services files.
2. Configure the DSN with that service name.
3. Use that service name to start the OIBroker (_prooibk).
4. Run the test connect.
