The source directory is added to the PROPATH
The broker is not starting automatically
The autoStart is set to 1 for the broker
Command line start of the broker gives the error "Unable to start <service name> (8297)"
AdminServer is not restarted after adding a new broker
CHANGE:
New broker is added
CAUSE:
The AdminServer is not restarted after adding a new broker.
FIX:
Restart the AdminServer after addition of a new broker
