Cannot change default font in the Procedure editor or large
Problem: In the V7 procedure editor, the font is not changing when
the default font option is changed. The changes will be seen in the
"Procedure Editor Default Font" dialog box, but will not take effect
in the editor.
Resolution: There has to be at least 1 printer installed in Windows
since HIGHEDIT.DLL uses the installed printer fonts.
This is also true for large editor widgets.
