FIX:
It is recommended that older versions of Progress be removed first. You should make sure any old directory structures or Windows program groups are removed prior to installing a maintenance upgrade. Additionally, you should copy the ubroker.properties, conmgr.properties, and proxygen.preferences files to another directory prior to uninstalling the original Progress release.
