Trying to start database in single user mode.
Database is on a mapped drive.
Mapped drives for the database are not supported in Version 8.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 8.x

CAUSE:
User only has read permissions and is not allowed to create a .lk file.
FIX:
Give the users write permissions for the directory.
