Error loading <dllname>.dll, Error -1
DLL is present, but no registry entry for Progress installation:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\3.XX,
where XX is the Progress version (0B, 1A, 1B, etc.)
CAUSE:
This shows that there was an original installation problem
FIX:
Reinstall the messenger and make sure the registry keys are present.
