Using word-indexed fields with a SmartFilter (explicit operators)
The BACKSPACE and DEL keys do not work.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20021115-009
CAUSE:
The SmartFilter is incorrectly handling spaces along with the backspace and delete keys
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1D09, OpenEdge 10.0B or later. If using Dynamics, upgrade to Dynamics 2.1A03 or later.
Note that the fix for the bug was not included in 9.1E and 9.1E01.
