FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
The "Update WebService" menu does not work as expected
Changing WebService from Session Free to Session Managed
WSTK 1.0A1B
CAUSE:
Bug# 20021114-024
CAUSE:
If you change the WebService from Session Free to Session Managed and Update
the WebService with "Update WebService" in Progress Explorer, this will not
work.
FIX:
First Undeploy the WS and redeploy it afterwards. This issue has been fixed in 1.1A
