No way to apply another container's page as the template for new container's page0
Using the Container Builder, there is no way to use anopther container as a template and apply just one of it's pages as the template for page0 of a new container - the whole template is used so all pages are overwritten
CAUSE:
Tool is designed such that any page0 template is assumed to be for whole container
FIX:
No fix at this time however page0 can be manually created and then page1-n can use templates
