Progress Explorer Service Pack level is different to the Service Pack level of the AdminServer
Either the Progress Explorer or the AdminServer is on SP level 9.1D02 or higher
CAUSE:
Incompatibility between the Progress Explorer version used at the client and the AdminServer version used at the server side. Progress 9.1D02 and later comes with new progress.jar file that changes the ubroker.properties file. Due to these changes Progress Explorer and the AdminServer need to be on the same Service Pack level.
FIX:
Maintain the same service pack level on the Progress installation of Progress Explorer as on the Progress installation of Progress AdminServer.
The AdminServer and Progress Explorer tool must be on the same Service pack level.
