Latest Microsoft and Citrix service packs have been installed on every machine that is member of the Citrix Server Farm
Every member server uses the same path for Progress Application files
Progress Application files deployed to every member server of the Citrix Server Farm
Application's registry key or ini file configured to reflect the same Progress installation directory and application propath.
CAUSE:
progress bugs in 9.1C. REF: Bug# 20020524-026, Bug# 20020507-020
FIX:
Need to apply latest Progress patch.
