FIX:
The DB startup parameter-spin is the only DB broker parameter which can be used to influence the operation of Progress on multi-processor systems. Apart from this parameter, we cannot influence how the database engine and the O/S interact, e.g. in the way the processing load is distributed across processors. Please refer to Progress Solution P23850, "What is the -spin parameter?" for more information.
