Getting Page can not be displayed when trying to access WebSpeed application
Using cgiip.exe
No errors are displayed when using wsisa.dll
IIS Lockdown Tool installed
URLScan Tool installed
"Script source access" is check marked within Scripts VD on IIS
"Read" is check marked within Scripts VD on IIS
CAUSE:
In the configuration file for URLScan, URLScan.ini, the .exe file extension is configured as blocked in [AllowExtensions] and [DenyExtensions] Sections.
FIX:
If you can, do not block .exe files
