GOAL:
Why does code using ActiveX Automation work on some machines but give different results on other machines?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
FIX:
Any differences in behavior between machines when using ActiveX Automation is caused by differences in the installed versions of the ActiveX Automation Objects and/or the underlying DLLs that those objects use.
There is absolutely no difference within Progress as to how the application code is executed so Progress is not responsible for any differences in the results.
