The error is sent by IDXBUILD
FACT(s) (Environment):
There is no way to determine when the duplicated records were added.
There are more than 100 records that are duplicated.

CAUSE:
There are duplicated records on unique index keys.
FIX:
When there are too many records duplicated and the primary index is unique, it is possible to make a dump of the damaged table, recreate the table and reload it.
This way when the dump is being done just the records that exist on the index as unique keys will be dumped and the duplicates will be ignored.
