GOAL:
Can a program be run using just its name if the directory it exists in is not in the PROPATH?
FIX:
No, it cannot. Doing a 'RUN SomeProgram.p' (i.e. without any physical or relative path information) will only succeed if the program physically exists in one of the directories listed on the PROPATH.
