CAUSE:
Installing 64bit version of service pack on the top of 32bit Progress product.
FIX:
Download and install 32bit version of service pack.
Verify your Progress product bits using "$DLC/bin/showcfg $DLC/progress.cfg" and do a search for "Port Number". The number corresponding to 32bit version of product is 11. 64bit version of Progress has number 39.
