SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot start OIB
ServiceGuard (HP cluster managment software) in use which creates a virtual host
CAUSE:
ODBC was not configured the right way. Actually, sql 92 was intended to be used, the oib was not needed.
FIX:
Configure ODBC (DATA SOURCE ADMINISTRATOR)correctly.
