SDO Logic Procedure does not get registered when creating a new static SDO from the AppBuilder's New option
Using the option of "Use Logic Procedure" on the second Wizard page
The Static SDO and Logic Procedure do get created in the local directory on disk
The Static SDO is registered as an object
The Logic Procedure is not registered.
