Porting from 7.3A MS Windows to 7.3B MS Windows
If you find that on loading your MS windows 7.3A application
to 7.3B the widgets are larger and the window is larger,
the problem may be that the new default for Use-3D-Size is
yes in 7.3B when it was no in 7.3A.
Edit the progress.ini file and set Use-3D-Size to no and
all the widgets should appear as they did in 7.3A MS Windows.
