Database will not go through crash recovery in single user mode.
RMS block I/O failure. File status(decimal) (943)
CAUSE:
The 2 GB file size limit for a single-volume database is exceeded.
FIX:
Restore a backup.
If the backup is a Progress backup, restore the backup directly into the new multi-volume structure after the structure is created.
If the backup is an OS backup, restore it to disk, then copy it to the new empty multi-volume structure.
