Can scripting languages (Hebrew, Arabic, Thai) be used with Character client?

FIX:
These languages do not work with the Character client. The Microsoft command prompt interface does not support these languages on Windows NT, Win2000 or Windows XP. See:

The Progress Character Client is dependent on the windows command prompt interface and because of this, these languages will not work correctly.
