Can't install Progress 9.1D WebServices.
This installation requires Progress 9.1d to be pre-installed.
CAUSE:
The Windows registry is missing one or more of the Progress entries.
FIX:
Check for the following Progress entries in the Windows registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PSC\Progress\9.1D
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PSC\Progress\9.1D
These entries confirm a Progress 9.1D installation. If these Progress entries appear as seen above, you may need to reinstall Progress to resolve the problem.
