FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows 2000 Advanced Server
SYMPTOM(s):
Installing Progress via terminal server
Can't navigate or locate the scripts directory.
Can navigate to the directory above the scripts directory
Can see scripts directory via Windows Explorer
CAUSE:
The cd drive with the Progress installation CD is mapped from the client. The install needs to be run from the CD drive as mounted locally on the Terminal Server.
FIX:
Rerun the installation from the CD drive letter as displayed on the terminal server.
