FIX:
Points to note:
1. Shut down the database and truncate the bi file.
2. Backup the database and test the backup.
3. Make backup copies of customized configuration files into a location outside of the installed directories. Back up the application files.
4. Upgrade the OS.
5. Upgrade the Progress minor version.
6. Recompile the application with the new Progress version.
You should then be able to run in the new environment.
