Is it possible to determine if an extent is fixed or variable using VSTs?
FIX:
There is no VST that can be used to determine if an extent is fixed or variable using VSTs. There is a third-party site which has information on VSTs:

It is not supported by Progress, but does have much more additional detail about VSTs than is available in the Progress Documentation.
