Script fails to bring database down for backup
CAUSE:
Trying to bring down database with the line:
net stop "AdminService for PROGRESS 9.1C" /y
This only stops the AdminService; the database is still up and running.
FIX:
Use the dbman utility as documented in the Administration Guide and Reference
