SYMPTOM(s):
(DBMan023) Using DBMAN from a client will not shutdown a Database on a server
ERROR: Unable to locate database plugin - insure AdminServer is running and is properly configured (DBMan023)
CAUSE:
The -host and -port parameters were incorrect
FIX:
When using the DBMAN utility remotely, the -host must be used to point to the server which AdminServer is running on, also the -port must be the port number the AdminServer was started with on the server.
