SYMPTOM(s):
Can't access the DB using a shortcut.
** The database <file-name> is in use in multi-user mode. (276)
CAUSE:
The shortcut access the DB in single user mode.
FIX:
Modify the shortcut and eliminate the -1 and the path for the DB, add -S <service name> -H <host name>.
