CAUSE:
RedHat Linux 6.2 kernel is at level 2.2.14-5.0
FIX:
Upgrade the RedHat Linux 6.2 kernel to 2.2.16 or higher and be sure "glibc" is also at a minimum level of 2.1.3-15
