Scrollable Frames -- why don't scroll bars work?
Scroll bars won't work on frames if any of the direct manipulation
attributes (such as, resizable, movable, selectable) are set to yes.
This is because (as stated on page a-70 in Language Reference 2)
direct manipulation events take precedence over all others. This
effectively prevents data entry (e.g. scrolling) using the widget
until manipulation attributes are turned off.
So, if your scroll bars aren't working on your frame, enter the
property sheet of the frame and 'turn off' selectable, movable,
resizable and be sure to turn 'on' scrollable.
