Install error 102 or 103 Unable to open file (:ar24) enoent

Installation error 102 or 103 under version 7 (unable to open file
(:ar24) enoent) is the equivalent of the "Cannot open ..." messages
during the tailoring portion of the V6 install.

This means that the customer has not entered in the correct non
rewinding device name during the installation. The install requires
a rewind device name to rewind the tape initially, then a non-rewind
device name to allow us to move to the end of the tape and unpack
the files included on it.

Without a non-rewinding tape device, the files unpacked will continue
to be the install files. Then when the install attempts to
decompress the archive, it is not the file it expects and therefore
issues the above error.

If the correct name of the non-rewind device is not known, refer
to KBase entry 15142, How to Determine what your NON-rewind devise is.
