SYMPTOM(s):
Client connection to database fail.
You have attempted to connect to a database with too many users connected to it. Retry the connection later, or increase -n on the server. (5291)
The server or the system has no more resources. Try a larger -n. (748)
Database will only accept the amount of user connections of their previous license count.
CHANGE:
Increased progress license count and set the -n to include the new licenses.
CAUSE:
Clients made connections to several databases. The -n parameter was not increased for all databases, client is trying to connect to.
FIX:
The -n must be properly set for all databases.
Ensure that the -n parameter is large enough for all user connections.
