Installing Web Service Beta Tool Kit 1.0A01B
Error missing archive "pmper"
CAUSE:
This is a bug and only affects windows platforms and concerns changing the default installation paths when installing only the WSA product.
FIX:
This bug is fixed in 1.0A and only effects the beta version of the WSTK (1.0A1B).
