Begin ABNORMAL shutdown code (2249)

dsmShutdownUser called for invalid user. rtc: -20031. (7132)

dsmCursorFind called when database shutting down.rtc: (7131)

SYSTEM ERROR: mtlatch <latch-num>, holding <lock>. (3712)

System error mtlatch 7, holding 0x40 (3712)

CAUSE:

Bug# 20020116-020

CAUSE:

SQL Engine is not handling dsm errors as a result of abnormal database shutdown or user dying.

FIX:

The SQL92 engine has been modified to handle dsm errors related to an abnormal database shutdown. This problem has been addressed in 9.1D of Progress.
