CAUSE:
Bug# 20020116-020
CAUSE:
SQL Engine is not handling dsm errors as a result of abnormal database shutdown or user dying.
FIX:
The SQL92 engine has been modified to handle dsm errors related to an abnormal database shutdown. This problem has been addressed in 9.1D of Progress.
