Java Processes and SQL servers continually taking a larger percentage of the CPU until the database must be stopped and started or system will halt.

CAUSE:
OS and MUP installs were missing some modules. Specific OS module that was not at the proper level for this problem was libc_r.a.
FIX:
Install OS and MUP as supplied by OS vendor.
