SYMPTOM(s):
MsTabStrip with move-to-top does not return focus correctly.
If you add the "move-to-top" statement within the "ocx.tick" trigger of a MsTabStrip, the focus will remain in the MsTabStrip frame itself even if you click on another widget.

MsTabStrip does not return the focus.
