Initial values are not assigned to a temp table with a single word index.
When a temp table has a field with a defined initial value and the table has a single index defined as a word index, the initial value of the field will not be assigned when records are created.
CAUSE:
Bug 20021104-001
FIX:
Add an additional non word index to the temp table definition.
