SYMPTOM(s):
Can't shut down the DB.
Clients are still connected.
The connected client are hung.
CAUSE:
A database can not be shut down if clients are connected.
FIX:
Use Promon to disconnect the hung clients. After these clients are disconnected from the database the database will shut down.
