SYMPTOM(s):
Local installation
WebSpeed windows 2000 professional SP 3
http://localhost does not show the default page, even IIS is running.
CAUSE:
Non Progress cause, but a possible one would be a bug in the Windows Patch
FIX:
One solution is to go back to SP 2.
note:
You can only go back to SP 2 if you answered 'yes' to the backup question when installation SP 3.
