SYMPTOM(s):
** Database has the wrong version number. (db: <value>, pro: <value>). (44)
Client is trying to connect to the database via single-user direct connection (i.e.No server is running for the database).
CAUSE:
The client and the database do not have the same Major and Minor release numbers.
FIX:
Major and Minor release numbers must be the same for the client and the database.
A database from a different Major/Minor version might be accessible via client/server.
